About Us

Frankie Collins and Elizabeth Shrager formed One Swift Move... as a direct result of personal experience. As busy professionals, they both survived the stress and hassle of juggling jobs, families and the demands of house-moving and realised that there was a very real need for a reliable, trustworthy and professional alternative to running around like headless chickens!

Frankie Collins has been a senior executive in a major Company for many years. Her communication and time management skills allow her to plan clients' needs to the finest detail.

Elizabeth Shrager has been organising her clients' lives for the past 25 years. Her knowledge of the process, and understanding of the detail involved, enables her to help people with their individual needs, large or small.

Both Frankie and Elizabeth have years of experience project managing events and outsourcing contractors.
